Bob Dineen

President and Owner, Rocky Mountain Natural Meats

Bob founded Rocky Mountain Natural Meats in 1986 and remains as president. Rocky Mountain Natural Meats was the first bison meat packer/distributor to establish a quality grade for bison carcasses. Originally focusing on the Colorado Front Range, Rocky Mountain Natural Meats has grown to become the nation’s largest bison processor and distributor, marketing over 25,000 bison per year. Rocky Mountain owns and operates 2 plants in Colorado – a 62,000 sq. ft. pro- cessing plant in Henderson, CO - constructed in 2007 and a 31,000 sq. ft. harvest facility – Brush Meat Processors in Brush CO - built in 2013. Clients include Whole Foods, Costco, and Ted’s Montana Grill. Rocky Mountain Natural Meats distributes premium quality, fresh bison nation- wide including a full line of fresh, case-ready bison to retail,all marketed under the Great Range Bison brand.

Bob’s previous experience includes managing a 250 head bison cow/calf operation 1983 - 1986, serving as sale chairman for the National Bison Association’s Gold Trophy Bison Show and Sale.

1987 – 1995. Bob became the first bison superintendent for the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver in 1996, a position he con- tinues to hold. He has served on the board of both the National Bison Association and the Colorado Bison Association were he also served as president from 1999 through 2001.

Kelly Long

CEO & Owner, Noble Premium Bison

Since 2004, Kelly Long has worked to expand Canadian bison’s presence in international markets, starting with Europe. Today, she leads Noble Premium Bison, a company focused on providing Canadian ranch-raised bison to retail and foodservice customers in Canada and Europe.

Noble Premium Bison’s mission is to offer bison as a nutrient-rich, flavorful protein option while maintaining a commitment to quality and sustainability. With years of experience in all stages of production—from raising and processing to marketing and export—Kelly is dedicated to supporting consumer transparency and responsible practices across the bison industry.

Brent Miller

President and CEO, North American Bison, LLC

Brent Miller is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation across a variety of industries, including food, agriculture, and consumer goods. He currently serves as the President & CEO of North American Bison, LLC, a premier organization committed to advancing the bison industry through sustainable practices and high-quality products. Since stepping into the role in May 2024, Brent has been instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence, championing the environmental benefits of bison farming, and enhancing the welfare of bison ranchers. His leadership is rooted in a passion for sustainable business practices and a commitment to promoting the nutritional and ecological advantages of bison as a sustainable food source.

With a strong track record of success, Brent is known for his dynamic leadership style, strategic vision, and ability to foster robust industry relationships. His focus on operational excellence and business growth has positioned North American Bison as a leader in the sector, while also furthering the company's commitment to ethical farming practices. Before joining North American Bison, Brent held senior roles in several high-profile organizations, including Maytag Dairy Farms, Excell Marketing, Archer Daniels Midland, and Nabisco Foods Group. His diverse experience across sales, marketing, and strategic management has honed his ability to navigate the complexities of the food and agriculture industries. Brent’s deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer needs has been pivotal in driving innovation and revenue growth throughout his career, positioning him as a trusted leader and strategic partner in every organization he’s led.

Denver Johnson

Denver along with his wife Becky and their three children own and operate Bison Ridge Farms near Prince Albert, SK. In an effort to regenerate their soil and the way they farmed, Integrating bison into their neighbouring family grain farm of over 20 years has allowed them to grow our own quality feed, improve soil health, and utilize a diverse landscape. Denver’s passion is to produce and raise quality breeding stock and develop specifically their woods bison genetics.
