Bison Broth

Bison Broth


  • Roasted bison bones
  • Mirepoix (carrots, onions and celery)
  • Tomato paste
  • Fresh Aromatics (rosemary, thyme, bay laf and garlic)
  • Water


  1. Add roasted bison bones to a large pot of boiling water
  2. Add the vegetables (mirepoix)
  3. Add aromatics (herbs)
  4. Cook for 10-12 hours
  5. Cool and separate bones, cooked vegetables and herbs from pot.

Enjoy warm in a mug or use as base for your soups!
