- Roasted bison bones
- Mirepoix (carrots, onions and celery)
- Tomato paste
- Fresh Aromatics (rosemary, thyme, bay laf and garlic)
- Add roasted bison bones to a large pot of boiling water
- Add the vegetables (mirepoix)
- Add aromatics (herbs)
- Cook for 10-12 hours
- Cool and separate bones, cooked vegetables and herbs from pot.
Enjoy warm in a mug or use as base for your soups!
