Gorganzola Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Bison
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Panko flakes (or bread crumbs)
- 1 clove Garlic (finely chop)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup Red Onion (very finely dice)
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- 5oz (150gr) Diced Gorgonzola Cheese
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients – form into 1” meat balls Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
Serve immediately with toothpicks for spearing. If serving in a chaffing dish pour in a little white wine as a broth to keep moist.
