Buffritos
- Bison Roast Cooked
- 1 can of refried beans
- Flour tortillas
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Sour Creem
- Guacamole
- Green Chile
Shred or cube the cooked Bison roast. Add to 1 can of refried beans in skillet and cook at med. temp. until heated. Fill flour tortilla and roll. Smother with green chile, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.
