Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 1/4 lb ground bison
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
Dask of pepper
Mix in large bowl and roll into meatballs. Put onto tray in a pre-heated 350 oven for approximately 35 minutes or until brown.
Sauce:
2 cups brown sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp worchestershire
1 tbsp kechup
Combine brown sugar and flour in pan, mix well, add vinegar, water, worcestershire and ketchup; stir and put on stove and keep stirring until it starts to boil. Pour cover cooked meatballs, cover and put in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
