Highlight Your Bison Business – Purchase Tarp Space at the Canadian National Show and sale
The Canadian Bison Association and the Canadian National Show & Sale committee are pleased to sell ONE advertising space in the video pen for the National Show & Sale. The advertising space is 4ft x 8ft which will be occupied by a tarp with the winning bidders Ranch/Company name & logo. The space will be featured in each video that is produced for the National Show & Sale and will be placed on the internet for viewing via DLMS prior to the sale.
Rules of the Sale:
This is a timed auction sale which will run from 9:00 am on Monday July 9, with bids being accepted for 5 days, ending at 5:00 p.m. on Friday July 13th. Starting at 3:50 pm on the evening of the fifth day, if this lot receives a bid, an extension timer of 10 minutes will be added to the time. The auction will close when the tarp has not received a bid during the 10 minute allotment at 5:00 pm. If the tarp receives a bid between 4:30 pm and 4:40 pm, a timer will start a 5 minute countdown. The sale will close at exactly 5:00 pm on Friday July 13th, 2018. Once the sale has been closed, the successful bidder will be emailed and invoice for their purchase of the advertising space.
All bids are to be phoned into the CBA office at 306-522-4766 and the staff will update the CBA facebook page with the current bid as they come into the office. The staff will then text the bidder to inform them of the bid and let them know if they have been outbid. Bids are to be in $100 increments, bids less than $100 will not be accepted by the staff. We ask that all bidders be available via cell phone for text message purposes to speed the bidding up.
