Bison Chili, Entrees

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Ground Bison
- 3 Medium Onions, sliced
- 1-2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 can (15 oz) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
- 1-2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 cans (25 oz) Red Kidney Beans
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 can of drained Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Cold Water
Instructions:
In a large dutch oven, brown the ground bison with 3 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and simmer for 2-3 hours. Serves 4-6.
