Chili Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground bison meat, browned
- Sauté: 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 14 oz can pork & beans
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 can chili style beans
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Mix all the above and place in slow cooker to heat.
Before serving, soften 8 oz cream cheese and mix with approximately 2 cups of chili. Serve with a side bowl of plain or zesty tacos for dipping.
