Bison Steak Bite Flat Bread

  • ½ lb bison steak, cut into bite size pieces and fried
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3-4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup wild mushrooms
  • ½ cup green pepper
  • ½ cup red pepper
  • ¾ cup blue cheese, crumbled

Mix cream cheese, pepper and garlic. Spread onto flat bread. Top with steak bites, mushrooms, peppers, onion and cheese. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 minutes or until browned. Slice into pieces and serve.
