Bison Meatballs in Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:
Meatballs
- 2 lbs Ground Bison
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 Small, finely diced onion
Sauce
- 1 16 oz can Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 3 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into bite size balls. Brown in oil.
Mix sauce ingredients together. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer covered for 5 minutes. Add meatballs and serve.
