Hearty Bison Stew

Ingredients:

Mix together & Place in Slow Cooker

  • 2 lbs Bison Stew Meat
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper

Add

  • 1 1/2 cups Broth
  • 3 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 1 minced Clove of Garlic
  • 1 stalk Celery, sliced
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 tsp Lawries Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 small Turnip, diced
  • 4 Carrots, sliced

Instructions:
Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
