Hearty Bison Stew

Ingredients:
Mix together & Place in Slow Cooker
- 2 lbs Bison Stew Meat
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
Add
- 1 1/2 cups Broth
- 3 Potatoes, diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 1 minced Clove of Garlic
- 1 stalk Celery, sliced
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 2 tsp Lawries Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 small Turnip, diced
- 4 Carrots, sliced
Instructions:
Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
