Pulled Bison in a Bun
Submitted by Hilary Ryan Silver Stream Bison Farm This is a delicious way to prepare a less tender roast, like a chuck roast. I like to cook the meat, then wrap bread dough around a helping of meat, then cook the bun. The buns can be served hot or cold. It’s fun to bite into the bun and discover the lovely, tender meat inside.
