Bison Goulash

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Ground Bison
- Celery, diced
- 1 large Onion, diced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 lg can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 Green Pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp Paprika (or more)
- 2 Potatoes, diced
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 2 Carrots, diced
- Beef Soup Mix
- Drop Noodles:
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 cup Flour (more or less)
Instructions:
Fry meat, celery, onions, carrots and spices. Add tomatoes, two cans water and potatoes. Add soup mix to taste. Mix together and bring to a boil. Mix drop noodle ingredients together and spoon/crop in noodles.
