Bison Goulash

Third Place Winner in the Soups/Stews category of the 2010 Recipe Roundup Contest.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Ground Bison
  • Celery, diced
  • 1 large Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 lg can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp Paprika (or more)
  • 2 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 2 Carrots, diced
  • Beef Soup Mix
  • Drop Noodles:
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 cup Flour (more or less)

Instructions:
Fry meat, celery, onions, carrots and spices. Add tomatoes, two cans water and potatoes. Add soup mix to taste. Mix together and bring to a boil. Mix drop noodle ingredients together and spoon/crop in noodles.
