Crook Pot Bison Roast

3 - 4 lbs boneless Bison chuck roast (frozen)

Seasonings to taste - salt, pepper, garlic, onion etc

Place roast in crock pot frozen. Add seasonings to 1/2 cup of water and pour over roast. Cook on low setting about 8 - 12 hours or until Bison is fork-tender. Slice and serve with drippings or add cornstarch to thicken.
