Bison Chili
First Place winner in the Soups/Stews Category of the 2011 Recipe Roundup.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground bison meat, browned
- Sauté: 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- ½ pkg diced celery
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 2 - 14 oz cans pork & beans
- 14 oz can kidney beans
- 1 large can spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 – 14 oz can kernel corn
- 1 – 10 oz can tomato soup
- 3 tbsp chili powder, or to taste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Mix all the above and place in slow cooker for 2-3 hours. Top with shredded cheddar to serve.
