Sponsorship Opportunities
The Canadian Bison Association has been hosting conventions for over 39 years. We are a membership of 500 bison enthusiasts and growing. Our members live in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and the United States As a national association we gather once a year at the start of Canadian Western Agribition to learn, network and celebrate the success of our members and their families. The convention will take place in Regina, Saskatchewan at the Ramada Plaza.
The convention takes place Sunday, Monday and Tuesday for members and bison enthusiasts across the Canada and the United States. There are presentations covering a variety of topics related to the industry, marketing, nutrition, the bison community, and conservation. Saturday evening is the PASTURE TO PLATE WELCOME RECEPTION . Sunday Evening we have the PILE O’ BONES BANQUET AND FUN AUCTION. Monday is our premium gala event, BISON PRIDE BANQUET AND AWARDS, an evening to celebrate out vibrant industry and to recognize the achievements of our producers.
The finale of this great event is the Canadian Bison Association National Show and Sale. We have a show of which includes both two-year old bulls, yearling bulls, open heifers and bred two-year olds. The Bison are housed in the barns next to the John Deere Sale Arena. . You can then view the animals at the barns and through video presentations shown throughout the banquet. The bison are sold through video auction on Tuesday afternoon in the John Deere Sale Arena.
As a sponsor you will be able to target members and public from British Columbia to Quebec. There are many ways to sponsor this event. We would love your support. There are opportunities to distribute samples, talk about your company, new products and services. Sponsorship provides exposure and awareness to the attendees, speakers, researchers & government officials.
There is a large networking opportunity for new and loyal contacts plus an opportunity for a face to face meetings to gather contact information and make appointments. Together we can grow a team and build a partnership for the Canadian Bison Association members across Canada and our sponsors.
