We work with Canadian ranches that abide by the highest standards in raising Bison. Our top Grade A Canadian Bison are raised with humane practices and without the use of Antibiotics. It is fed with top quality grain and is grass finished. This cultivates optimal fat marbling that is well balanced with the natural leanness of the meat.

What makes the Wild Fork Bison experience different? Our Bison is aged for tenderness and then blast frozen within a few hours of processing to ensure that the quality of the meat is preserved at the peak. Simply thaw, cook to medium-rare and enjoy the experience of frozen that tastes better then fresh! Additionally, while our quality is high, we believe in keeping our prices low so that everyone can enjoy Bison!
